About The Site

You Changed My World is a site dedicated to helping you celebrate the lives of people you have lost. It's about remembering and sharing why we still love that person, what made them great and how we still feel about them.

Here you can share memories in the form of stories, pictures and videos of loved ones amongst your closest friends or relatives. The experienced professionals we are partnered with remind us that as important as it is, the intensity of grief will subside and in time will be replaced with a "sweet sadness".

This phase of reflective affection is the acknowledgement that the person who is gone, still matters and continues to be a part of our lives.

You Changed My World is about inviting everyone and anyone who knew that person to remember the happy times, together. You can share your memories, funny stories, favourite photos or even video clips of these special people with friends and family all over the world.

Anyone can create a memorial, share a memory or just leave a thought.

It is a great way to celebrate the lives of, pay tribute to, and remember what we loved about these special people.

No matter where you are in your life or where you live in the world you can always add to the site or view new memories that others have added.

Your Profile

Dealing with losing someone does not happen in a vacuum but within the hustle and bustle of everyday life. At You Changed My World we strongly believe this site should be about the living as well as for those we wish to continue loving and remembering.

This site uniquely allows you, our members, to create your own personal profile which you can share with others. Your profile can include details about yourself, for example, age, location and why you created a Memory Box or left a tribute. You can also upload a picture of yourself and link to others, whether family, friends or people you connect with online. You can post a link to another site too - maybe a family website, or another networking site where you share thoughts with others.
